A heartfelt thanks to everyone who put time and effort into submitting a session proposal for Wir Sind Ohana.
With over 200 submissions, we had no easy time selecting the content for our conference. To avoid bias, we had a blind and strict selection process fully aware that we had to reject almost 90% of submissions unfortunately.
We adjusted rankings as promised for first time speakers and German submissions and we are happy to announce the we will be able to accommodate about 20% of sessions auf Deutsch and at least as many first time speakers.
